Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kodokan Sport.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

 

It must also be in the original packaging.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

 

Once we receive your returned item,

 

we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

 

Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, are not eligible for a refund.
